This guide is for you to use and enhance your time management skills as much as possible. Remember that time is something that goes away and that you can take back. Once it’s gone, it’s gone

The crucial goal is to make sure that you can do as much as possible of your time while you still have some. If you have not accomplished the things you want in life or are not doing anything that will bring you to your goals, remember this: you have been wasting your precious time for years, this time is gone, and you can’t take it back.

It’s not too late to make a change and take charge of your life.

Life is time.

Your well-being and proper time management skills = You – negative relationships, negative friendships, negative people, negative environment.

This says it all! When you hang out with the wrong or negative people, their negativity will rub off on you at one point. You will start thinking like them, and you will become negative. When you are negative, you start losing confidence in yourself. Once you lose confidence, you begin to care less about time. This is when you start losing and wasting your time.

It goes the same for negative friendships or relationships. If your friends always talk about having a better life but spend most of your time watching TV, it’s a negative relationship. This relationship will take you nowhere in life. You and your friends will stay stuck where you already are.

You guys are wasting time because you are not taking action. The most important thing to understand in time management is that one way or another, perfectionist or not if you want to use your time wisely, you have to take action.

Even if it’s not perfect, you have to do it. Understand that the right time is fictitious and does not exist. Waiting for the right time is the dumbest thing you can do because the right time will never happen.

Plan your days. Let’s be real. No one is perfect, and you probably will never be able to do everything you have planned in a day.

So, there is one thing you must understand. Life is unexpected, and things you didn’t plan for will happen during your day, whether you like it or not. You can’t control the world. There is one thing you can have control over. It is the way you think.

Only do the 20%! So this takes us back to the Pareto Rule! Only do the most important things. These are the actions that will have the most positive impact on your day or goals in the short and long terms.

Once again, you will probably not be able to do 100% of what you want to do in a day. If you focus on the most important things, you will feel refreshed and proud to have done 20% of your tasks at the end of the day. This is so true, especially if these tasks are essential.

The 80-20 rule is so important because you should only focus on 20% of your tasks if you want to manage your time correctly. This 20% are the tasks that make you take action. These are the tasks that will take your job, life, dreams to the next level. These are the tasks that create success in your life.

If a situation does not suit you and makes you waste your time, do not be afraid to say No! Saying no to certain events or situations can make you save a lot of time. Sometimes going out on Saturday won’t serve you in the future

Being aware of your time is not selfish. You are not selfish if you keep thinking about your life goals. Remember that life happens only once, and time goes by every second.

There will always be another party, but you don’t know if you will get another minute or another hour. This takes us to the next point.

You must always put yourself and your well-being first. Why? Because no one will do it for you.

If you put yourself first, you will gain self-confidence, and you will inspire other people. When you have self-confidence, you want to accomplish more. You will automatically start to manage your time better.

Every decision you make in a day should be towards your goal. If it will take you away from life goalS, it is a waste of time

You have one life, and to live your life to the fullest, you have to take time to experience the work, live your dreams and live up to your expectation. If you are not doing this daily, then you are wasting your precious time.

AS A CONCLUSION, if you want to know how to improve your time, you have to first understand that you are doing things that are hurting your future. The good news is that time management is a skill that you’ll be able to acquire along the way. You can reach your goals in life, but you must understand the importance of time… your time.

Understand that you are wasting your time and that you will never get that time back. Understand that now you will need to work harder and change your habits to make the most of the time you have left.

Use your time with a purpose, and appreciate your new life!
